The silence has been deafening since the ad hoc committee report. Must we listen to Feldman to find out what's going on? And now we have another crass landlord, one who can't abide losing a month's rent. At least the enfante terrible would have put up a big sign, "Prime Convenience Store Location" and endured a few months lost rent before moving in a 7-Eleven, Turkey Hill, Cumberland Farms,....
