It was signed "CHCA member & employee"
Other than making an unfounded accusation, said "employee" should adhere to the civility code some claim so important.
Look at their personal lives. This will tell you a lot about the board members. No morals. Why should we expect more from them in their public lives when they think that it is all a playground for themselves and everyone else be damned?
And all of you who "politely" smile at them even though deep down inside you think that they are worthless degenerates? You are no better.
